At A Healer’s Hand we provide several Eastern Healing modalities, including Traditional Chinese Medical Massage (TCM)/Tui Na, Acupressure, Fire Cupping, Reflexology and Reiki. These Eastern Healing modalities are designed to restore balance in the body, which allows the body to heal itself. Reiki, which is a Japanese hands-on healing modality, takes a similar approach and heals a person’s energy on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Reflexology is ancient healing art that dates back 5000 years to the Egyptians, whereby pressure is applied to the feet, and/or hand reflex areas or zones that correspond to all glands, organs, and bodily systems. This relieves stress, restores natural balance and revitalization.

Nicole Budeau, Owner of A Healer’s Hand + The Nest has been a Licensed Massage Therapist, LMT, and a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist, CPMT since 2004.  She is also a trained Reiki Master Practitioner and Certified Infant Massage Instructor.  Nicole has been teaching prenatal massage to massage students for over 10 years, as well as massage techniques to pregnant couples and infant massage to parents.  She is now offering a Virtual Infant Massage Video Course for parents and caregivers to purchase and is currently creating more massage instruction programs that support, educate and benefit couples during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery.
