About Rachel
Rachel is a licensed massage therapist, bodyworker, certified personal trainer, and RRCA-certified running coach with more than 15 years of experience in her field. She is also board certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork — the highest credential within the massage and bodywork professional community.
With an emphasis on sports medicine, she supports athletes of all backgrounds — professional (e.g., Cyclocross, Ironman, and barefoot water skiers), amateur, and recreational — traveling nationally and abroad to provide customized training programs and physical therapy services based on varying individual needs.
As a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate with a Master of Science in Kinesiology, Rachel understands the complexities of human health and how our ability to achieve optimal wellness is rooted in finding that delicate balance between body and mind.
It is with this holistic, client-focused approach and deep appreciation for the individual journey that she entered the world of pregnancy massage — an opportunity to continue helping and guiding others toward a higher quality of life.
