About Us

A Healer’s Hand + The Nest (AHH) is an award-winning specialty spa dedicated to improving the standard of prenatal and postpartum care.

Established in 2007 by owner Nicole Budeau, licensed massage therapist, certified prenatal massage therapist, certified infant massage instructor, and Reiki Master practitioner, AHH balances restorative Eastern healing practices with cutting-edge science and technology to provide premier therapeutic massage and continuing education offerings, including prenatal, labor induction, and postpartum massage, as well as couples and infant massage instruction workshops; advanced aesthetics; and physical therapy services emphasizing visceral manipulation and pelvic floor health.

AHH is located on the corner of Williamson Street and John Nolen Drive, across the street from beautiful Lake Monona and just minutes away from Madison’s iconic Capitol Square. Recognized for its commitment to excellence, AHH was the 2022 Silver Winner for Best Specialty Spa in Madison Magazine’s annual Best of Madison awards program, with AHH owner Nicole Budeau taking home the title of 2023 Gold Winner for Best Massage Therapist.
