Sara Fox, LMT

Bio

With over a decade of experience in therapeutic massage, Sara has trained in several different modalities, including trigger point therapy, hot stone, prenatal, and reflexology. Sara specializes in Swedish and myofascial techniques and loves providing massage sessions that are both nurturing and therapeutic. Through her artistic spirit, she brings a soothing flow and a detailed approach to addressing imbalances in the muscles and fascia of the body. Sara is also a massage instructor at The Aveda Institute and as a teacher, at heart, she feels passionate about educating clients about massage therapy and healing.

30-minute reflexology foot treatment: $45
