About Kathleen
Kathleen has been practicing physical therapy for more than 30 years — discovering an early affinity for working with patients facing complex issues and maintaining a deep passion for helping individuals achieve active, pain-free lifestyles.
Fostering an eclectic approach, Kathleen combines several manual therapy disciplines with corrective exercises to achieve optimal patient outcomes. She works with clients to determine the root cause of their symptoms, following lines of tension and strain throughout the body and performing manipulative therapy to soothe and release.
Kathleen continues to broaden her areas of expertise and has taken continuing education courses in myofascial release (MFR), craniosacral therapy (CST), visceral manipulation, pelvic floor dysfunction, and advanced manual therapy techniques.
Kathleen works alongside her child, Kerida, providing comprehensive physical therapy services at A Healer’s Hand + The Nest.
