Youth Mindfulness and Meditation

Ages 7-13 years old.
Meets Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm
In this 5 week ongoing series, your child will explore the joy of movement and self-improvement while encouraging small groups and working together in pairs as we play, explore and create together. They will also learn to tap into the now and to appreciate things happening in the world around us by learning mindfulness techniques that they will be able to carry with them long after the class is over.
We are excited to offer these classes for your child and eager for them to begin their journey exploring mindfulness and movement. Let’s play together and experience more adventures through Kelly’s offering.
Two Hour Workshops are also offered the second Saturday of each month at 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
Help us create a world where our children our free of anxiety and filled with compassion!
